Director of the Hong Kong Billard Sports Academy, a National Class A Referee of the Chinese Billiards Association (CBSA), and a certified coach of The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA). Andy possesses many years of experience in billard sports and excels at individualized coaching to cultivate players.

In 2025, Andy launched the "The Masters of Legacy Awards Elite Program," training young players and sending six of them to the World  Grand Prix 2026 for exhibition matches. The program received media coverage and was highly praised by parents.
