The Hong Kong Billiard Sports Academy (HKBSA), jointly established by the The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA) and F-Sports Promotions Limited, is located at Room 301, 3/F, Kai Tak Mall 3, Kai Tak Sports Park, Hong Kong. It is Hong Kong's first comprehensive billiards education and sports venue, integrating professional training with public entertainment.  
 The Academy is committed to providing a high-quality environment to nurture and shape talented athletes, helping them pursue excellence and even become professional players, bringing glory to Hong Kong.
